DESCRIPTION: Allows townies to have any job in any of the EPs rather than being restricted to jobs from the base game. It will automatically choose jobs only from the EPs you have.

Also fixes the bug/feature where townies were twice as likely to be Slackers as in any other career field.

REQUIRED EPs: None, although unless you have University, Seasons and/or FreeTime it will fix only the double-Slacker bug.
