DESCRIPTION: Prevents sims from even considering eating spoiled food unless they are very sloppy.

Designed to compliment noeatcrap from More Awesome Than You which also prevents eating spoiled food, but still allows them tie up the dish while the sim walks across the lot, sits down, then decides not to eat the food. My mod prevents them from even considering the action (autonomous or user directed). Use both mods for maximum protection against food poisoning.
