DESCRIPTION: Werewolves will howl far less often.

The problem with howling is that it appeals to fun but doesn't actually increase fun, so werewolves just howl over and over.

With this mod, werewolves will howl only if they are lonely. I probably made the social threshold too low but I have really grown to despise howling. Howling increases both fun and social so they will usually do it once then move on with their lives.

Players can still direct werewolves to howl whenever they want to.
