DESCRIPTION: Sims no longer get maternity pay on their days off.

Updated with EP check fixes.

This issue has bugged me for years but I never got around to fixing until now. Now that my sims are struggling with Bigger Bills and Lower Wages as well as mods like no20khandouts from MATY, the extra money from fraudulent maternity leave unbalances the game.
