DESCRIPTION: Sims won't automatically build up high relationships with their burglars.

I noticed in FreeTime that whenever someone got burgled, they would end up with a relationship of 100/100 with the burglar. This is because they become furious with the burglar and as the fury wears off, the game automatically builds the relationship. This mod automatically drops relationship with burglars to -100/-100 so by the time fury wears off relations should be low.
