New Servos

DESCRIPTION: Makes several changes to servos:
- Servos now inherit the genetic personality of the activator so won't be affected by any personality changes the sim has gone through (zombies, werewolves, my Personalitonomitron).
- Servos have their genetic personality set correctly.
- Servos don't inherit the activator's skills. They have cooking, mechanical, and cleaning set to 10 and the others set to 0.
- Servos don't get random badges.
- Servos learn new skills half as fast as other sims.
When you install this, any sims (servos or not) that have been saved while learning a skill will suddenly stop learning. They will continue the action (such as playing chess) and the skill bar will be there but it won't advance. When they quit, the skill bar won't go away. This is cosmetic. Simply cancel the action and give the command again. The skill bar will reset and everything will be fine.
