New Servos

DESCRIPTION: Makes several changes to servos.

Updated to fix a major bug which prevented correctly copying FT turn ons and turn offs.

The changes are as follows:

  • Servos now inherit the genetic personality of the activator so won't be affected by any personality changes the sim has gone through (zombies, werewolves, Personalit-O-Nomitron).
  • Servos have their genetic personality set correctly.
  • Servos don't inherit the activator's skills. They have cooking, mechanical, and cleaning set to 10 and the others set to 0.
  • Servos don't get random badges.
  • Servos learn new skills half as fast as other sims.

When you install this, any sims (servos or not) that have been saved while learning a skill will suddenly stop learning. They will continue the action (such as playing chess) and the skill bar will be there but it won't advance. When they quit, the skill bar won't go away. This is cosmetic. Simply cancel the action and give the command again. The skill bar will reset and everything will be fine.

KNOWN CONFLICTS: creaturefixes from MATY. I do the same thing he does (ensure servos don't pick up secondary aspirations) so as long as my mod loads after his they work fine together.
