DESCRIPTION: Non-playable dates will no longer go to the the bandatron. When the playable sim pays the date is paid for as well.

This mod worked perfectly for me in Seasons but only erratically in FreeTime. It hasn't annoyed me enough to fix it, but it's on the list.
