Bigger Bills
Submitted by Cyjon on Thu, 2010-02-04 19:22.DESCRIPTION: Bills come more often and are much larger.
Updated for Apartment life and to add overflow protection. Bills now cannot be more than 32,767 per day.
As a point of reference, under this mod Brandi Broke's bills go from 188/week to 3,384/week. Cash-rich Mortimer Goth has his bills go from 1,052/week to 165,816/week! In his case, over 100,000 of that is due to his massive cash holdings so his bills will drop to a mere 18,936 once his cash balance drops below 10,000.
Maternity Pay Fix
Submitted by Cyjon on Thu, 2010-02-04 19:16.DESCRIPTION: Sims no longer get maternity pay on their days off.
Updated for Apartment Life.
This issue has bugged me for years but I never got around to fixing until now. Now that my sims are struggling with Bigger Bills and Lower Wages as well as mods like no20khandouts from MATY, the extra money from fraudulent maternity leave unbalances the game.

No Home Buskers
Submitted by Cyjon on Fri, 2009-09-04 13:11.DESCRIPTION: Sims no longer place tip jars when doing the Perform action with instruments on a residential lot. Sims also will not choose Play for Tips with the violin. Tip jars will be placed if performing on a commercial lot, dorm, frat house or secret society.
KNOWN ISSUE: After quitting, sims still walk over as though to pick up the tip jar, though they won't actually do the animation. Not fixed because it would conflict with Pescado's tippingfix.
LAST UPDATE: September 4, 2009
REQUIRED EPs: University
Cyjon's Debugger
Submitted by Cyjon on Sun, 2008-12-07 12:42.DESCRIPTION: I finally broke down and created my own debugger object rather than piggybacking functions on Pescado's or InSIMenator. It is the pizza box in Misc/Misc. More options of varying use to the general public will be added over time.
Updated to add chemistry, lightning protection and greet status.
Appraise Lot
Loan Jar
Submitted by Cyjon on Tue, 2008-09-30 16:05.DESCRIPTION: An object that allows your sims to borrow money as needed.
The Loan Jar appears under Misc/Misc in the catalog and looks like a tip jar. Sims can borrow money at an interest rate that defaults to 3% per day but can be set anywhere from 1% to 9%.
Every morning at 7 am, the interest will be added to the total balance. All payments must be made manually.
No Life Insurance
Submitted by Cyjon on Thu, 2008-08-28 16:52.DESCRIPTION: No money will be paid out when sims die of old age.

Lower Wages
Submitted by Cyjon on Sun, 2008-07-27 19:21.DESCRIPTION: Reduces wages to bring the inflated salaries for jobs in the expansion packs in line with the base game.
There are three packages, each applying to a different EP. Install as appropriate. If you have all the EPs you'd install all three packages.
University jobs have their salaries reduced by 40%. Seasons and Free Time jobs have salaries reduced by 20%.
